I cant say enough good about this product. It is exceptional if you handle allot of dough. Its sharper than others ive had. I mean the edge is better than previous dough knives I use. Im picky about my tools. Once I find the tool for a job it hers used till it's non functional. I guess this will be last bewad knife as it well made. Truck is buy the best, spend less in long run, and have you a good tool you are familiar with. I use it for separating pizza or rolls. I use it in my big Artisan loaves too. I bake allot of Sourdough and other breads. This is one of my go to tools and it's the best dough knife set I've had so far.. 3 years runnin..

Love this little set. The reason for only 4 stars is because I expected the bowl scraper to attach, or 'snap in' to the bench scraper for storage, since it is designed to fit right in there. But no! It does not. It lays in there nicely, but doesn't stay together. I have it held together with a rubber band for storage in my kitchen drawer. My other thought and suggestion to the manufacturer is to provide a little slip-on guard for the bench scraper blade, for storage. That would be terrific!

Great for chopping spaghetti
