Love these Muffin Pans, wish we would have gotten them sooner!

I absolutely love these. Only used them twice so far, but the quality and price are excellent. First time I used them to make muffins. They came out amazing! I really should remember to take pictures.Second time I prepped crust less egg quiches. Again, came out amazing. Nothing burned, nothing stuck, beautifully baked!The muffin pans are sturdy, you just fill them, put them in the oven, nothing sags. The metal ring around the outside makes them just as stable as metal muffin pans. Now though, no more worries about anything sticking to it! And the clean up was a breeze. Which is awesome. Especially when making any quiches, egg bites, whatever!I saw one review stating there was a toxic smell. However, there is none for me. Maybe they received a defective item.

Great functionally, bad color choice

These silicone muffin pans are SO much easier to use than a metal/aluminum one. First, they are truly nonstick. I have baked muffins in them with NO greasing and have a relatively clean release every time. Second, they are really easy to release, you just push the bottom of the cup and they come out clean. I have included images of the release process of a batch of corn muffins. You can see that it does leave behind some residue, but very little and this is with absolutely no greasing prior. The frame and handles are made of metal so they're nice and sturdy. So overall, functionally they work great and I'm very happy with them in that aspect.The reason I gave a 4 star review is because of the color. When I first opened them (first picture) I thought they looked really nice and unique. They are a creamy white with sprinkles which I've never seen before. However, after my FIRST use of making corn muffins, which were baked at 400 degrees for ~20 minutes (safe temperature for use), they left a brown stain on the bottom. I scrubbed and scrubbed at it and it won't come off. I feel like the color choice of these pans were a bad choice because of this. They should have made them a darker color to prevent this. I only took one star off though because it's just an aesthetic issue. Since they are functionally great I'm still very happy with them, I just think using white/cream was a bad design choice.

This is a real winner for baking cupcakes.PROS:- Cute looking, ok so this is not a function but it keeps me happy when viewing it.- Excellent thick quality silicone, which is naturally non-stick and easy to clean.- Made of 100% food-grade silicone, which is also BPA-free & non-toxic, so you can be at peace.- Reinforced to keep its shape with internal stainless steel.- Cannot withstand heat up to 450 degrees.- Well sized for 12 cupcakes.- Handles for easy carrying.CONS:- none.I love to bake and used to use the metal non-stick cupcake pans. These would always rust and the non-stick with heat comes off and can seep into food, so I would use cupcake liners (which would stick to the cupcakes). With Silicone there is no need for cupcake liners, no worries about things seeping into your food and silicone does not melt or catch fire with high temperatures. These are really amazing, a great value, and I can with good faith recommend these.
