Grabbed this baking set and am super impressed with the contents and quality of everything in this set. The baking sheets are heavy duty and non-stick, the cooling racks double as an elevated baking tray that fit inside the baking sheet, and 50 sheets of parchment paper that fits perfectly inside the baking pan.The non-stick baking pans are 17" long and 12.5" wide and 1" high; the cooking side of the baking sheet has a raised textured design to assist with even baking and cooking and allows for crispier edges. Pans are good, packaging is bad

My order came damaged the first time so I had them send me a new one, it came on a day with 3 other damaged boxes so not entirely the products fault. The plastic wrap was significantly ripped both times. The coating was significantly scratched on the first one which is why I felt the need to send it back, non-stick coating isn't great to eat. The second one a a minor scratch on the of the pan where the racks had been placed, doesn't affect the use of it so I kept it. Overall the packaging could use some improvement.The pans are a nice heavy weight that doesn't buckle and withstands the oven well. The coating works well and is easy to clean, it is also easy to scratch so be delicate with them. I was worried the pattern on the bottom might show through onto the food, but at least while using the parchment paper, that wasn't a problem while baking cookies.The racks came warped both times like there was a factory issue; doesn't affect their function but looks a little cheap.Overall the pans perform well, but the coating is delicate and the packaging isn't great.

I absolutely love the high-quality and beautiful design of these baking sheets! They are so large and have such a high capacity. They are great for so many different things! The included rack is very handy when roasting things like jalapeño poppers! They have been nonstick for me so far, everything release is very easily, and they are very easy to clean!
