I bought three of these for family members and they all love them. They have used them every night since Christmas. The wood is beautiful. The inside is a nice black char and they all said that it looks really cool when they’re drinking from them.

This charred wooden whiskey glass set is very appealing to the eye and makes a great presentation, especially as a gift. The glasses are comfortable to hold and have a nice weight to them, giving a premium feel in your hand. The included stainless steel chilling balls work well at cooling your drink without watering it down, which is a big plus for bourbon or whiskey lovers.That said, the metal balls are fairly heavy, so you do need to be careful—if you tip the glass too far while sipping, you could easily bump a tooth. While the glasses look great, I wouldn’t say the charred wood noticeably enhanced the flavor of my bourbon; it’s more about the aesthetic than a taste upgrade.The packaging is well done and adds to the gift-worthy feel of the set. One important note: because the glasses are wooden, they require extra care. You may want to use some wood oil on the outside once in awhile to keep them nice.Overall, this is a sturdy, attractive set that works well for chilled whiskey or bourbon, just be mindful of the chilling balls and avoid using them for mixed drinks.

This is a nice set. Full stop. It's checking all the boxes for me in terms of look, quality, comfort, novelty, etc. They come in a really nice looking tube and well packed. The stainless steel balls are just about the size of ping pong balls and filled with some kind of liquid, which I assume is to allow them to freeze and help keep the drink colder longer, and work really well. Both the balls and the bottoms of the cups have the brand's logo laser engraved, which is a nice touch to bring them together. The cups themselves are quite lightweight, which would normally have me questioning whether they were real or not. Both cups do have very different wood grain patterns to them, different char cracks on the inside, and the one even has a very small flat spot on the side where I assume there was a not or something else that gives it that perfect imperfection element that makes a believer out of me. If I squeeze at the top fairly hard, they do have a bit of flex, so I wouldn't go stepping on them or anything crazy. The little velvet carrying pouch is nice, but be forewarned that the little tongs for the balls don't quite fit all the way in the bag.The char, for me, didn't bring any special flavor or anything, but it definitely is a nice touch and gives a nice effect. As far as price point, I want to say this is at a decent value range. The balls look to be real stainless and work really well and, again, the wood does indeed appear to be legit. I don't know that it's actual quality hardwood given the weight and the flexibility, but it's still wood. Who wants a 5 pound hunk of wood to drink out of anyways?Overall, not too bad. All goes together, good thought put into the design, and nothing really to knock on it at all. Good stuff!

This is a perfect gift set for someone who enjoys whiskey in a natural element. The cup offers that woodsy taste and feel. The metal ball is great for cooling your drink without watering it down. The material a of high quality and very durable. The design is rugged but elegant to be used in any type of environment. The cups are perfect for straight whisky or even a mix. This is a great value to give the perfect gift.
