Really great spatulas!

The spatulas are sturdy and the wooded grip is comfortable to hold. My only criticism is that the edges are too sharp and need to be rounded. It doesn’t really effect the use while cooking but when I try to wash the spatulas, the sharp edges are literally tearing the sponge apart.

These work great! They are slim with a slightly curved edge that eases under fish, hamburgers, etc. and haven't appeared to cause any damage to nonstick pans. I will probably order more for Christmas gifts. They're sturdy and don't flop like plastic items and clean easily in the dishwasher.

Exactly what I needed

Excellent quality. I wanted to replace an old Chef's Catalogue (top quality) because it has been burned a couple of times over the years. Since Chef's no longer exist I was hard pressed to find something similar in size and quality. I looked for a long time before deciding to give this one a chance. I wasn't disappointed. This spatula is almost identical to my old one. The handle is a very nice black wood, it is full tang (wouldn't buy anything else) and the steel has just the right spring, but still rigid enough to lift anything in a pan. The only difference is that the handle is a bit longer (1/2 "), but the overall length is identical. I make these comparisons because the Chef's was perfect and has given me many years of service.If you are looking for a quality spatula (not just for fish) then this is the one. The only negative was that the tang stuck out from the sides by about a 1/4mm and with an emery board (nail file) I took off the edge and now it is perfect. Still 5 stars because of the overall quality, size, and design.
