We had a party where we served individual açaí bowls so it required a lot of scooping ahead of time. These scoops will move through anything, no matter how hard!! They really saved our hands! I kept them as our regular ice cream scoops. The only draw back is you don’t get the rounded scoop for an ice cream cone but that wasn’t important to us. Great quality.
