This is the spoon you’ve been looking for!!
Although I love reading reviews before buying a product… I don’t usually write reviews because I’m lazy! I love this spoon so much that I had to write one! I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before buying a new cooking spoon. I ended up with this one and I couldn’t be happier! I took a picture of the spoon next to my favorite spoon which this one is replacing! My husband is Indian and we cook a lot of curry. The “tasty” brand spoon turned from blue to green the very first time we used it! This new spoon… nothing! My husband used it to cook curry and I put it through the dishwasher after and this is how it came out. I was very happy about that! I was also worried about the length… next to the tasty spoon, it looks a little small but I feel like it’s the average ideal length for a comfortable spoon. The tasty spoon is a little on the longer side, but unnecessarily so! I was looking for all one piece, silicone & sturdy core! This spoon made me a little nervous because it didn’t mention anything about having a solid core under the silicone like some other ones here on Amazon. I went ahead and bought it anyway hoping for the best! The price is amazing for what you get! To my surprise, it was very strong! It only bends right at the very tip and it’s not too much bend, it’s just the perfect amount! If you cook a lot and you’re looking for a good sturdy non staining spoon for a great price… look no further! I’m obsessed!Edit: I didn’t mention the measuring lines on the spoon because I have no use for them… but I have noticed them to be a burden now that I’ve hand washed the spoon for the first time! I scrubbed it really well with a soapy sponge and it looked perfect & then once it dried, there was a bunch of white filmy stuff stuck in the cracks! I’d prefer those lines not to be there if I’m honest!
