This pan is awesome.

I bought these pans to replace an old removable bottom pie pan that is now in recycling heaven. I’m always a little skeptical of the descriptions on Amazon. I find the products often don’t live up to the hype. These pans are exactly as described. They are sturdy, well made pans that will last for decades. I use them mainly to make quiche and the results have been great. The crust is crisp and flaky and the filling comes our rich and creamy, no under cooked crust. The nonstick is the best. They release with no effort and the bottom slides smoothly away so you’re not cutting on the nonstick bottom. Highly recommend these pans. Just a note, I find that the cooking time is a little longer in these pans but the ease of use more than compensates for the few extra minutes that it takes to bake.

Lovely pan, would recommend to any friends!

I was a little skeptical of these as I've never used a tart/baking dish with a removable bottom but it's a game changer. I've only made one thing with these so far and it was a chicken pot pie recipe which linked these exact pans. The chicken pot pie released so well from the pan once it was done, so the nonstick coating is great. Pretty easy to wash, overall a great addition to my cookware.

For a beautiful crust that stands on its own

These things are fantastic. They are nice and deep and fit my chicken pot pie recipe perfectly. I am careful to hand wash them with a soft cloth and nothing has stuck to them even after 60 minutes at 400 F.If anything leaks between the liner and the sides, blame yourself or your recipe.

The CPP is very hefty pie and this pan contained perfectly
