Works amazing but care for them correctly

These pans are great. Be warmed: they will come with a small layer of wax - you should be able to burn this off before cooking. and then ALWAYS towel dry and season with oil immediately after washing or it will rust! If it rests, though, just use abrasive cleaners to remove. It is steel so you dont need to worry about scratching it. Over time it will develop a patina and become less prone to rust.If you take good care of these, youll be able to use them forever.

Quality control issue on nonstick coating - defective and flaking

Quality control issues. When unboxed it looks and feels like a substantial pan… but there are nicks in the pan and the non-stick coating bubbles and flakes off around the defect. The first faulty order, I returned and then re-ordered the same pan because I felt like it was a good product other than the defect *** and the replacement order arrived w the exact same issue. It’s too bad because other than this defect they look like a great set of pans, maybe I just got unlucky with a bad manufacturing lot?
