The baking mats have several nice features.PROS: (No CONS observed.)Eco-friendly, reusable mats are a baker’s delight! They eliminate the need for oils, butter and flour, aerosol sprays, hard-to-use parchment paper and aluminum foil. Cutting parchment is a problem for me. Sometimes I will even avoid baking when the thought of cutting parchment paper comes to mind. Sprays must be used outside my back door, as the mist settles everywhere in the kitchen. I am enjoying all the money I will save on eliminating oils, parchment and sprays.The 9” silicone mats can be trimmed to custom fit your pans. The mats were 3/8” too big and did not fit into my new Wilton 9” pie pans. Using scissors, I cut 3/8” off the edges of the mats and now they fit perfectly. Please see my photos.I chose these mats not only for cake and cookie baking, but also as non-stick bases for 9” homemade pizzas, small yeast bread “boules” that we scoop out and fill with soup. One will also fit nicely in my small springform cheesecake pan.I have been using the rectangular mats regularly and have found them to be indispensable. My oatmeal cookies have never tasted better. Now I have the round mats to use when I can’t fill up an entire large mat.Food grade silicone and fiberglass mesh liners are safe in temperatures ranging from -40F to 480F. They are reusable, eco-friendly, odorless, BPA free and non-toxic. They are convenient as they can go from the freezer to the microwave and into the oven.The non-stick silicone makes the mats ultra-easy to clean. A spray of water from the faucet removes most particulate matter. After a swish with a warm soapy dishcloth and a quick rinse, they are as good as new. They are also dishwasher safe. Roll them up after drying or store flat in a drawer.Silicone mats are an excellent replacement for old fashioned Teflon-coated pans that scratch easily. I love these silicone cake pan liners!
These silicone 9" cake pan liners are perfect! I love to use silicone liners for baking in lieu of parchment paper, because they're durable and last a lifetime if properly taken care of, and non-stick parchment paper is non-stick because it's infused with silicone, so there's really no reason not to use durable silicone liners which are probably more stable and inert. These liners are perfect - thick, durable high-quality material, slightly textured for easy release and stability, with nice rounded edges, and they wipe clean perfectly. I have some half-sheet sized cookie pan liners that I love to use but clean-up is a bit more difficult because of the size - these 9" diameter liners are not only perfect for cake pans, but are also the ideal size for baking or grilling several dinner portions of vegetables or rolls, keeping burgers or pancakes warm in the oven, or reheating anything, and they are safe for oven, microwave or freezer. These liners are a fantastic size for multiple uses and easy cleanup with all of my baking trays and pans. And they're a fantastic value at this price point compared to larger, more unwieldy silicone liners of similar quality. I could not love these more - highly recommended!

Highly recommend even if you're using square pans
These round pan liners work great and are reasonably priced. I couldn't find my 9" round pans for some reason, and these can't really squish into 8" round pans, so I went with the old square ones. They fit perfectly inside except the little edges. I put some coconut oil all over the bottom, when I should've only put it in the corners. The liner worked so well, I shouldn't have oiled it. The bottom of the whole wheat cake, shown in the picture was slightly damp, but it was fine after it cooled. I love that it is reusable, and saves on parchment paper, too.

High quality and reinforced
