High quality storage for adult size sammies & more

The quality of these storage boxes is outstanding. When they 1st arrived, I had issues like other reviewers did with them being stuck together: they were nested together & had created a kind of vacuum. I had to work at them for a few minutes to get them apart. I finally able to separate them by just pulling with my fingers but thought I was going to have to lube them up with dish soap or something. The manufacturer definitely needs to address this by putting a piece of cardboard between the 2 boxes so they don't get stuck.Aside from that, these are very high quality & sturdy and have become an instant favorite in our home. They say they are dishwasher safe, and I would feel comfortable doing so but would still handwash the lids just to make sure nothing happens to mishape the plastic or seal (I dont like to risk that based on past experiences). I have not tested to see if these lids maintain a leak-proof seal, but they do have a rubber or silicone gasket so they should be at least spill-resistant. I bought them for sandwiches so I havent tested them with liquids yet, and I tend to try & keep my containers as upright as possible in transit so as not to spill anyway.I feel these were a great investment to help save some plastic baggies & it's nice to have a sturdy adult sized sandwich box when I need it. Other family members have already used these for salads & such too. I am glad we got them.

Keeps cold with ice pack

Perfect so your sandwich doesn’t get squished/ smashed. I make my lunch sandwich the night before and put the container in the refrigerator. Just note that the bread doesn’t always stay completely soft as it would in a plastic baggie.Overall, I like that there’s no plastic smell and I don’t have to worry about running out of sandwich bags.
