Reusable Silicone Mats That Keep Cakes Perfect and Pans Protected
This two pack of silicone mats for 9 inch springform pans is a simple but incredibly useful baking upgrade. They make it so easy to release cakes without any sticking to the bottom or sides which means no more damaged slices or frustrated attempts to scrape the pan clean. The silicone feels thick and durable with a smooth nonstick surface that works beautifully for cheesecakes and other delicate desserts. Cleanup is a breeze since they rinse off quickly or go right in the dishwasher. They also help keep the springform pans looking like new by preventing scratches or stuck on residue. Because they are reusable they save money and cut down on waste compared to parchment paper. Overall a great little tool for making baking easier and results cleaner.

Game-Changer for Cheesecake Lovers!
I bought this with the (maybe a little pretentious) expectation that it would fit perfectly in my 9-inch springform pan. When I realized I might need to trim it, I was a little annoyed. But I decided to try it as-is and I’m so glad I did!It worked exactly as described: easy release, easy clean, and reusable. I was a bit nervous making cheesecake with it for the first time, but WOW. No sticking, no scrubbing, no mess! Just a smooth, clean release from the pan. I’m officially converted and will be using these mats for cakes and more going forward. If you’re tired of scrubbing cheesecake residue or want to protect your springform pan, this little silicone mat is a total win. Very pleased, even after my initial doubts! My only advice is to put the springform portion around AFTER you’ve put the silicone piece on the bottom.

Good idea, but hard to actually use
I loved the idea of fully lining my cheesecake pan with silicone slings. It seemed like a good way to avoid it sticking to the pan. The bottom round piece is easy to use and fit right in the pan. The problem was the long side silicone piece. I struggled with trying to line it up in the pan over and over again for about 10 solid minutes before I decided it's more trouble than it's worth. I could not situate it in the spring form pan without it overlapping and having gaps for cheesecake to seep in. It was very frustrating! My husband suggested cutting it down smaller, which I might end up doing. As is, it's way too long to nicely fit in a standard 9" spring form cheesecake pan. We did struggle a little bit to cut the finished cheesecake too. You couldn't get a nice smooth cut with the bottom silicone circle in place, and it wasn't able to easily come off. I had to cut each piece, and then gently slide my server underneath the piece to sort of scrape it off of the bottom silicone piece. The pan was easy to clean and hardly had anything on it, but I'm questioning if I'll even bother with the bottom silicone piece next time. The whole set seems to be a good idea until you try to use it and start running into problems.

Perfect for preventing your cake from sticking
Ive seen silicon covers for baking before, and these are definitely to standard for those. Love that it comes wirh pieces for both the sides and the bottom. The bottom can be used for 9" pans for fill coverage or larger pans for mostly covered. The sides are similar where you have a range of sizes that it will cover.Recommended for springform pans but can also work for regular round cake pans.

Too much fussing to make these work
Long-time baker and loved the idea of silicone inserts to relieve the task of greasing/flouring cake pans before baking. Also a regular user of silicone mats for rolling out dough, etc. But these inserts are not winning this baker's vote -- took a long time to try and get them to fit properly in a 9" round cake pan -- and still couldn't make them work. The insert that wraps around the inside stands inches above the cake pan rim which is not helpful unless you are making a cake in a deep-dish cake pan. Also, because the insert for the cake bottom does not sit completely flat at the edges the rim insert can't sit properly on the pan bottom. So what seemed like a good idea is, unfortunately, a fail for this baker ...

Makes baking a breeze!
These silicone cake pan liners were perfect for easy turning out of baked cakes from my pans. They can be cut to size easily if, like mine, your cake pan is a little smaller than the circumference of the liners. The base of the liner clings to the bottom of the cake pan, then the strip is very easy to fit around the inside of the pan, overlapping at one end.In my haste to bake a cake to test these out thoroughly, I forgot to add eggs, so I whisked them into the cake mix while the rest of the mix was already in the lined cake pan and the silicone didn’t budge or move at all, which was impressive. The silicone liners also allowed my cake to bake through thoroughly without burning the bottom or sides. Once the cake was baked it was very very easy to turn out onto a cooling rack before peeling off the silicone liners. The cake was a perfect shape with no breakages or sticking.Clean up was a breeze, I just soaked the liners in hot soapy water for a few minutes and they just wiped clean easily. As expected with silicone liners, these did discolour a little where they were exposed to direct heat, but this is quite normal for this type of liner and doesn’t affect performance in any way. Before I used them for baking I did wash them in my dishwasher by weaving the long side strips through the dishwasher rack and folding over the bottom liner. They came through the dishwasher just fine.I can see many more cakes in my future with the help of these cake pan liners, they make baking and clean-up so much easier! I can absolutely recommend these liners.

Good product
Well, they are good for what they are meant to be used for. And you can “sort of” adapt them to other uses as well. I can adapt them to be used in my 10” cake pans, but obviously going to a smaller pan won’t work. Even 9” cake pans don’t work if the sides are tapered at all.My springform pan is bigger than 9”, so this won’t fully cover the bottom, but should still be very helpful in easily removing cheesecakes.
