These bowls are awesome! Water tight. Heat resistant. Light weight but sturdy! Wide mouthed but not too wide. Cleverly designed with a folding spork that securely fits over a vent hole with a rubber plug that can be removed so you have a top when reheating in the microwave! Easy to clean and keep clean. Does not retain smells or oils or grease. I haven’t tried it with tomatoes sauce, but I imagine these will hold out against soaking up the sauce. Seriously…these water tight! I throw them into a reusable insulated lunch bag on their side. That goes in my backpack, and gets tossed around for several hours. Not a single leak ever. Everything about these bowls is just convenient and sturdy.Absolutely a steal at this price.

Leave out the spork
Can fit a good amount of warm lunch or soup. Good to put in dishwasher and washes well. lid seems to seal fine for now only used a few times so far for work lunch. The spork is flimsy and useless. Worth the price though on sale.

Needs a different vent mechanism.
Husband is disabled and needs unbreakable dishes. Hate the tiny plug. Its hard to remove and reinsert. Only a matter of time until its gone. Needs a toggle vent like other microwave containers. The extra lid is not needed except to cover the spark. Sturdier than other microwave bowl/mugs. Shouldn't stain as easily either. Expensive.
