I've baked cheesecakes for years, but the no-stick silicone for the springform pan is a game changer! In the past, I've had to cut parchment to line the pan, and it always shifts. This made getting the cheesecake out of the pan a quick and easy process. The sides of the cheesecake were pristine, and the bottom baked perfectly. The cheesecake pictured here won third place at the 2025 Kentucky State Fair. I'm never baking cheesecakes without these.

I was looking for a savory recipe that uses a springform pan so I could try this out (without making a whole cheesecake for myself). I found a recipe that layers dressed-up ground beef taco meat (I added corn and beans along with typical spices, onions, salsa, etc), flour tortillas, and shredded cheese. With the silicone liner, I did not have to use any grease on the pan at all. When I opened the spring form, everything came apart beautifully without any sticking; no need even to run a knife around the edge. I was a little worried about damaging the bottom piece as I cut into the taco pie, but with being gentle, there doesn't appear to be any marks left. I know the focus of this review is supposed to be the springform pan liner, and it worked great, but I just want to add that the taco pie, served with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded lettuce was probably my favorite use of a spring form pan and this liner made it so easy.Something review-readers should know about Vine reviews: Yes, we receive the product at no cost in exchange for an honest review, but 1) we do receive a tax form for “Non-Employee Compensation” reflecting taxable income based on the listed price of the items, and 2) I was instructed not to review items that I receive defective or damaged as it “may not be the fault of the seller/manufacturer” so ratings heavily influenced by Vine reviews may not account for a lack of product reliability. I love baking but despise the tediousness of preparing pans for whatever I’m making that day, cutting parchment paper, greasing, flouring, etc then crossing my fingers that my dessert still comes out in one piece and pretty. So, when I saw these silicone mats, I jumped all over it. I couldn’t wait to bake something to try them out. I decided on a berry cheesecake.This set comes with two pan-bottom round pieces and 2 longer strips. The bottom fit my 9” springform perfectly and the strip piece is pretty long and overlapped itself, I didn’t have a problem with that, it was able to grab onto itself and stayed where I put it. Also, the longer strip means that even if the bottom wouldn’t fit a larger cake pan or springform, the strip could still be used. Also, the strips are taller than most pans which I thought would prove to be beneficial as it would prevent any possible spillover. I placed the pieces in my springform and just gave a light spray of cooking spray. Normally, just that spray would end in having to take other measures to get the baked good out. But, not with these silicone baking helpers.After I placed the silicone pieces in and gave a light spray I poured in my cheesecake batter, placed it in the oven and crossed my fingers. After baking and cooling my cheesecake properly I unlatched my springform and the silicone sides were still standing without the pan sides. I slowly pulled the silicone strip from around the cheesecake and it came off very easily and cleanly without pulling chunks from my cheesecake, I didn’t even have to run a knife around the edges. I left the bottom piece in until after the cheesecake is eaten. Clean up was beyond easy! A soapy sponge and hot water was all it took to get the strip clean and as tacky as new. I have no complaints about these and am genuinely glad I found them; they have made baking prep so much simpler and faster. I won’t bake another cake, cheesecake, brownies, etc again without these! Easy 5 stars!
I've learned my lesson over the years - do not bake a cake without lining the pan. No matter how non-stick, no matter how much you grease and/or flour the pan. You. must. line. it. Or, at least the bottom. And parchment paper does work, but you have to cut it out and still grease the pan to secure the paper. I literally hate the process so much that I started cutting up my standard mats. But the edges eventually fray and I need to throw them out.Enter this set. I did 2 tests - with the bottom and side liner, and with only the bottom liner. The bottom liner fit my pan *pretty* well, although I think my pan has curved corners and slightly angled walls. But it did great - no batter leakage, and the cake popped out easier than it ever has. The side walls didn't fit my pan perfectly - again I suspect it's only because the walls are sloped. But I used them anyway to great results. The strips are long enough to overlap and stay very secure. And although they weren't perfectly circular when I poured in the batter, the cake came out perfectly round. Best of all, there was no caramelization on the sides that needed trimming. I will never bake another cake without these.
