Not just a cake mold, it’s also a great way to make lasagna. The trick is to wrap the mold in tinfoil, so it does not leak, and bake it on a sheet pan. I would also not use any sharp knives as this may damage the fantastic nonstick coating. It’s very seldom I am this pleased with a purchase.
