Easy assembly, works well.

Easy to assemble, the suction cups were the hardest part, but I found that by exerting downward press while rotating the suction cup they were easier to install. The racks fit perfectly under the sink, even with a garbage disposal in place. They slide fairly well and have made organizing the area easier. One suggestion, you might want to place a piece of heavy cardboard, or 1/8" pegboard in the large trays. The bottom distorts because of the weight and some items want to fall over. I am very satisfied with this product.

Excellent product but needs lubricant.

Overall, a very excellent product! Really good flexible design! I have purchased two for my kitchen and one for one for my master bathroom.Super easy to assemble but when I tried sliding the shelves in and out during my assembly, I noticed that the drawer bottom rubbed a bit on the stationary portion of the unit. At the time I thought to myself that this will need lubricating at some point. Without the lubrication the protective coating is now starting to be shaved away from under the larger lower shelf slider -- see photo. I guess I will either use Vaseline, silicone or white lithium grease for this. Kind of a pain as I will have to remove the units from under the sinks, empty the contents, lubricate slides and then put everything back together. As these are designed well and keepers, it's worth it to me to fix this issue.

Not Big Enough and Drawer Will Slide all the way out.

I moved into a new house and did not realize when we built it the builder did not use a vanity with drawers. I bought these because I thought it would fix the problem. And it does a little bit but... It is not very big. The drawers will fall out if you pull them too far, and it takes up more space than it handles stuff to go in the same space. I am not real impressed but I guess I might have been expecting something different. I am too lazy to return it.

Great product.

These are great two seconds to put them together. I ordered two sets for both bathrooms. Takes all the clutter out of the bathrooms. It’s awesome. And the suction cups actually work once you put some weight on the shelves they work. I put bumpers in the back of my cabinets because the shelves will slide back in and hit the back of the cabinet, I put little rubber bumpers back there that stick to the wall works great highly recommend it. They slide out beautifully and slide in no struggle no nothing.

Poor quality control.

Second order of this product. First was 21 inch. This is the 18 inch. One set used under kitchen and other under bathroom sink.Unfortunately for this item it arrived damaged. The top sliding rail was dented in and the top shelf would not slide in. Essentially the rail was pinched on one end for a couple of inches.A combo of pliers, a large flathead screwdriver, and the backside of a nail hammer were needed to bend it back into a semblance of the proper shape.Not the end of the world but not ideal either. Shipping box from Amazon and the interior product box were not damaged externally.In addition to the above issue this set has the same problem as the first one. The top sliding shelf does not slide well. You can try to remedy this by inverting the shelf direction or swapping which shelf you use it on (if you buy the two pack).This reduces but does not remove the top shelf from catching on the rail. It will go in but the physical force required will pull the base off the suction cups. Again a little patience and some household tools will let you bend the metal enough for them to slide in more easily.Given the plethora of under shelf storage options available I’d look elsewhere for a product that doesn’t need you to fix it before it works properly.
