Perfect fit as durable as the original i went with this instead of the metal one because this is a sacrificial gear so it wont blow up your motor. I replaced it in about 10 mins and it works amazingly definitely recommend

Replaced gear but didn't last a day. Wife uses it to make bread and almost immediately failed again. Unless I missed something else causing the issue, I don't think these gears last.
