Good enough
decent sized for the price. In it's "tub" for it will be good enough for seasoning a whole chicken or chicken pieces, standard steaks and ribs. But it will not fit a whole pack brisket. It does have raised feet to keep it in place and a convenient plug to drain any liquids. The lid does not clamp down or click into place. It loosely fits on top. The cutting board is built into vs a separate piece.When collapsed, it's too big to stand on edge in my tallest kitchen cabinet, but it will fit laying down. For perception I took some photos next to a standard cookie sheet and other pics with some baby back ribs. Since it's a two-pack, I plan to keep one and give one as a gift.
