    Is not a perfect fit, but it absolutely does the job.I have an older Vitamix and a guest broke the side tab off so that I can't firmly set the lid down into the mixer. This was a reasonable alternative.It is not as soft as the rubber lid previously, but it appears to be a decent quality and fairly durable

    Hard to Find Item

    Glad I matched it with my existing vitamix. Somehow, after I washed lid, it ended up in container and then ingredients piled on top of it. Old lid was ground up! Ever feel really stupid? I looked everywhere for the lid and it was in the protein drink!!! Glad I found this one. Thanks Vitamix, for aftermarket lids for people, like me!
