I bought these as additional mats for my turbochef. These work great. My only issue is quality. They are falling apart at the seams. Purchased them in May and its now Aug and I have to purchase a new set. At the price was point I wasn't expecting them to last forever, but not 4 months is unacceptable.

Flex

Wish I could find a Teflon coated metal toaster tray, but most most "nonstick" appear to be steel with coating that won't last through a dishwasher cycle. This is a little too big, it's made of teflon over a fiber cloth frame. Kinda weird. Melted cheese slides right off.
