Love the lid

The actual pans are pretty standard for a springform pan. They are non stick. They cook evenly. The metal is of the quality you find in stores these days- not as nice as the stuff from a couple decades ago but serviceable. The big improvement is the lid. The lid grips nicely and has a handle but the lid itself is the biggest benefit. I can now transport my cheesecake at the bottom of whatever bag I am using instead of having it crush the items at the top of the bag. That is really a big benefit around the holidays.
