So simple, so perfect. If you like a soft boiled egg - these ceramic egg holders are perfect in my opinion. Now, I am a little bit of rebel. I hate egg shells, so I fully peel my soft boils and these holders work really well doing that because they have a bit of length in the cup. I have some small spoons and they easily scoop up the cooked whites after I am done dipping my toast sticks. These cups wash up nicely in the dishwasher and as I mentioned - they are ceramic. Love them. They are white. I actually ordered two and then went back and ordered two more so I could make some for guests. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
