So this is interesting.I never thought I would need a stone dish drying mat, until I had a stone destroying mat.It's oddly heavy, probably because it's made of stone. The color is really attractive, and the size is perfect. I find this especially useful for our travel water bottles.These tend to get washed by hand, so it's great to have a spot that is not getting full of water when letting them air dry.It's very easy to use and setup, it's kind of like a blanket in the way where it's very flexible and how you want to lay it out, it is heavy once again so don't drop it cuz it would probably break and or break your foot.This is a really nice quality thing to have around. It looks great making it fully functional in the kitchen without having to put it away when you're not using it.

I bought this because I’m tired of dealing with wet countertops when I’m cooking or baking a lot. I have a small dishwasher, so I often hand wash larger bowls and utensils, and leaving them on the counter always creates puddles, streaks, and annoying water marks. This mat completely solves that problem.It absorbs water really well. I’ll lay freshly washed items on top, and within a few hours everything is dry and the counter underneath stays clean and dry. I like that it replaces using paper towels or damp fabric towels, which always feel a bit gross to me. Functionally, it does exactly what it promises.The main downside is that it’s large and heavy. Because it’s stone, it’s not something you casually leave out, and it takes up some cabinet space when rolled up. It’s also a bit unwieldy to move around compared to a lightweight mat. That said, once you accept that tradeoff, it’s very effective and well made.Overall, it’s a great solution if you hate wet counters and want something reusable and absorbent, just be prepared for the size and weight.

My experience with diatomaceous earth was initially limited to its use as a powder in pool filters. So, I was surprised to see it offered in solid form for a completely different purpose. Out of curiosity, I decided to order it, although I was skeptical about whether it would actually work as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised; it works incredibly well. Dishes, pans, and utensils dry faster and show fewer watermarks.Did you know it's also available as a bath mat? I tried it, and it seems to absorb moisture and dry better than traditional cloth mats. Whoodathunk?My only concern is the price. $20 for a dish drainer seems a bit high. Nevertheless, I would give it 5 stars!

I was skeptical about spending money on a fancy drying mat, but WOW this diatomaceous earth mat is absolutely worth it.What Makes It Amazing:Incredibly absorbent - Water literally disappears within minutes. I can set wet dishes, bottles, and even my coffee maker parts on it and the surface stays relatively dry.Dries FAST - Unlike fabric mats that stay damp for hours, this is completely dry within 30-40 minutes. No more mildewy smell.Perfect size - The 24"×16" fits my counter perfectly and holds a full sinkfull load worth of hand-wash items.Non-slip backing - The silicone bottom keeps it firmly in place. No sliding around when I'm setting down heavy pots. The non slip backing did get a slight stain from the sandpaper in shipping, but nobody will see it anyway.Collapsible design - I can fold it up and store it in a drawer when company comes over.
