Definitely need to put a pan under it while baking if you’ve got oily or buttery items cooking.Firmer doughs without are fine and the texture it leaves is great. Cleaning seems to go well. I use a brush to make sure it’s not going to get caked up

I thought this was a silicone mold pan, but it's thin mesh. So odd! I use a lot of thinner batters in my baking, so I won't be able to use this as often as I hoped. It does work fine if tincture thicker doughs though.

Works as intended

They work and help make the shape of a sub roll with bread dough. One us con is they are hard to clean. If you just use for plain dough the dough is fine because it comes right out. But when I decided I wanted to try top my sub rolls with herbs, seasoning and parm cheese, some of it fell off and it was hard to clean out if silicone. Also I do believe you could get sub rolls shape easily without this just on a regular cookie sheet.
