The set as 2 stainless steel containers that hold about 4 ounces and is nice and sturdy. One has a fine sift screen that is great to flour a pastry mat when rolling out dough. This lets you use a minimum of flour so it doesn't impact the dough. The other sifter has holes in the top that are larger. It has worked out for sprinkling powdered sugar into icing to adjust the thickness. I like the set.
Purchased this set only looking for one of the two cannisters. Ended up using both. I use the one with small holes in it for dusting baking flour and the screen top cannister for dusting rice flour. The lid cover for the screen lid snaps onto the lid securely. The other lid slides on and off without a positive catch.
I should have paid attention to the measurements as these are much smaller than I expected. Lesson learned. These are lesser quality than I would have hoped for. A heavier gauge stainless steel would make for a better, more durable product. The upper edge (top) of the canisters is a bit too thin, and you need to take care when cleaning or you could cut yourself. The clear plastic caps that go over the lids are a nice touch to keep dust out and messes to a minimum although one of them fits rather loosely and will only get looser with repetitive use. They sprinkle well. Caution: Make sure that you clean these thoroughly with soapy water and rub the metal well prior to first use because there is a lot metalic residue inside. You don't wanna be eatin' that.
It seemed OK at first; a bit on the lighter side. It started to show rust spots after a while. The oic is after scrubbing it thoroughly with scrubbing powder. Not worth the money.

Very thin, but perfect for fun designs on coffee! Just make sure they don’t touch the foam when making designs. I use them with cinnamon. Perfect
These worked out perfect for me. I bought them as a flour shaker (large holes) and rice flour shaker (small holes). I use them when I’m baking and need to quickly dust stone thing.
