Fajita restaurant skillet at home!
Oh my goodness, how fun! Date night, football weekend, anytime to eat well and enjoy healthy food for less, just as a restaurant dish at home! This set comes with 2 cast iron fajita skillets that come with wood trays, and "chili pepper" mits to protect your hands from the heat, and also 2 stainless saucers for condiments. A little pricey at nearly $20 a piece, but these are cast iron and if you clean them properly, they could last forever. Hint: NEVER clean your cast iron with dish soap. I recommend washing with coarse salt and this will keep your cast iron from not only rusting, but also keep your flavors. Love these! This would be a perfect gift for Christmas, or for a newlywed couple. We love ours!
