Bowl and lid are way too cheap

Not made to last. The metal for the bowl is just too thin. To put it bluntly, the water bowl made for a dog that I got is probably close to 4 times more durable. The problem here is, since it is easy to bend, that means it is also easy to dent. One drop on the floor could be enough to dent the bottom. And once it gets dented, that means it is now dented in where the blades will hit the bowl. This is obviously a major problem. The lid is also a cheap plastic. It is a flexible type of plastic. Honestly, I don't feel that will hold up good to being used over time. As with the bottom, if dropped on the floor just once, the lid is so cheap that it has the possibility of breaking too.The motor is decently strong, so no complaints there. And it does work good in chopping things up. With its actual performance of doing what it is supposed to do, I have no complaints.Overall, no, I can not recommend it. They went way too cheap on the lid and bowl to have me recommend it.. it's sad when a dog's water bowl that is half the size that I paid $1.25 for at the store is made 3 to 4 times better that what this comes with. Especially considering knowing that if the bowl gets damaged, it makes the whole thing worthless. If I had to give an example of how bad the bowl is, think of the cheapest, flimsiest metal silverware that you have ever seen and that might be close..

Works Well But Not Heavy Duty

This food processor has a very large capacity and the motor seems powerful enough for most kitchen tasks. It does chop vegetables and other ingredients quickly, and the multiple speed options are useful. I like the dual blade design, which works efficiently. That said, the stainless steel bowel feels thinner than expected. The parts are not as sturdy as I would prefer, and I am unsure how well it will hold up with frequent use over time. While the processor performs well right now, the quality gives me some hesitation about long term durability. This does not appear to be a good value for the price if you intend to use it long term.

Disappointing Design Flaws Make This Unsafe and Unusable

I had high hopes for this 20 Cup Large Capacity Food Processor, especially since I was looking for a solution to help with meal prep due to arthritis in my hands. Unfortunately, this product has serious design flaws that make it not only frustrating to use, but potentially unsafe. The Good:The 500W copper motor is genuinely powerful and does its job well. You can tell they invested in a quality motor component. The Major Problems:The biggest issue is that while the motor is a heavyweight, the rest of the unit - including the bowl and other components - feels flimsy and lightweight. This creates a dangerous imbalance. When running, the processor is extremely unstable and actually spins on the counter, forcing you to hold it down constantly. This completely defeats the purpose of having a food processor, especially for someone like me who bought it specifically to avoid hand strain.Ironically, I find it harder to hold and stabilize this unit during operation than it is to just chop ingredients by hand. The very problem I was trying to solve - reducing stress on my arthritic hands - has been made worse by this poorly balanced design.Safety Concerns:An appliance that moves around on the counter while sharp blades are spinning at high speed is a legitimate safety hazard. I shouldn't have to wrestle with a food processor to keep it in place.Bottom Line:Major engineering improvements are desperately needed. The mismatch between the powerful motor and the lightweight construction creates an unstable, unbalanced product that's difficult and potentially dangerous to use. I cannot recommend this to anyone, and certainly not to those with hand mobility issues who might be counting on it as an assistive tool.I'm disappointed and will be looking for a better-designed alternative. This processer will be thrown in the trash.
