Great quality cups that engrave perfectly

These tumblers are outstanding. The cream white cup gave me trouble at first, but that was due to my own laser settings, not the product. When you engrave them correctly, the results come out flawless every time. The lids seal well and feel secure. They would be even better if they screwed on to help prevent spills, but the seal holds tight. The straws work fine, nothing special there.The stainless steel quality is solid and the cups take engraving very cleanly, which matters for the work I do. I plan to buy more because the results look great and the pack is a strong value.

Beautiful tumblers and great for co2 laser engraving

We bought these tumblers for CO2 laser engraving, but I absolutely love the rose gold color. You could have just left these the way they were and enjoyed the gorgeous colors, and the slight sheen.But we had bought them for engraving, so we proceeded with that. The laser engraving worked extremely well. The contrast between the rose gold and the underlying gold layer showed up nicely.We also found that they kept Coffee hot for a really long time. Under normal use, they do not leak. We have not tried them with cold liquids, but I imagine they would do much the same. The wide top makes them very easy to clean.

Cutting Imperfections on the bottom, Not good for full wrapped tumblers.

I ordered 90 tumblers and unfortunately, 75 of them had cutting imperfections. Most had a sliver of silver showing at the bottom, like the copper coating wasn’t fully applied. This flaw really affected the final designs. Thankfully, the company I was creating these for understood it was a manufacturing issue and not on my end — I’ve used this exact same design on thousands of tumblers from other suppliers without a single issue.Interestingly, a few cups in this batch turned out fine, which confirms it wasn’t the design causing the problem. The inconsistencies appeared in random areas of the engraving, which makes it even more frustrating.I’m really disappointed and would like a refund.That said, the cups themselves are sturdy and do a great job holding and insulating liquids. If you're only engraving the top portion, you’ll probably be fine. For packaging, single cups come boxed individually with a lid and straw. Bulk orders arrive together in one box with each cup in a plastic sleeve, including lids and straws.I'm also sharing a photo of a test grid I made to show how the engraving colors vary depending on settings — just because it's pretty cool. For reference, I used a 40W XTool S1 Blue laser with power at 20, speed 400, and 200 Lpc. That gave me the closest match to the copper bands on the top and bottom of the cups. I think that's all I have to say. i think the pictures attached explain.
