Like most here - I buy A LOT of stuff from Amazon and never give a review. I'm breaking that rule today!! I just received the black set of this flatware. VERY well packed (to the point of germ-free). They are a heavy weight. A bit longer than expected - but OK. Very ultra-modern-contemporary. They are just beautiful!! Shiny mirror black finish as stated. The pictures show exactly what they look like but their quality is even better. I can just imagine the beauty of the gold set. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for something different that is not only for everyday, but formal use as well. You can't do better than these!!

I love this set of silverware

I love this set of silverware! It is beautiful in color (I got the black) and the way it fits and balances in your hands is wonderful. A good solid feel and very elegant and modern to look at. The knives are sharper than the average dinner knife, which I like - has a nice point at the end. The small teaspoons are just that, small, but elegant. I do wash them by both hand or dishwasher and they still look great. Had them about two months. I do keep them separate from my regular back up silver ware by washing them in their own trays together and keeping other silverware in other trays together. I do recommend being careful with the small spoons. It is easy to accidently throw them away as they are small, cute, but small . All in all, I would buy them again! I definitely recommend them.

2nd set doesn't match 1st set

I ordered a 2nd set finally and the specs changed significantly. While the product is still nice the earlier set was more elegant, thicker metal, and shaped slightly differently.The new set looks cheaper, feels much lighter, the bend (arch) is flatter, and the tips are extremely different across all 4 types.Please see the photos, the ones on left are originals (look much nicer) and the ones on right are new. The "small" forks are quite a bit longer than the old set. Now I have small, medium, and large forks LOL. The spoons are all flatter and rounder and mishaped at the tip.I loved the older ones but will live with the new ones now since they moslty match.

Beautiful utensils! Love these!

Very solid sturdy pieces. These have a nice heavy weight to them. Only thing I don't like are the sizes of the spoons. 1 is way to big for everyday use and one is way too small. There's not a nice in between size for things like cereal. Other than that they are beautiful pieces.
