Thick and sturdy - excellent lids!
These are thick and sturdy spice jars. I run a crafting business and wanted these bigger shaker jars to store glitter that I purchased in bags. I have a ton of glitter and have trouble squeezing all the bottles onto my glitter wall. I was needing to take up space on my shelves for both the bulk bag of glitter and the smaller shaker and combining those both into one bottle is an excellent space saver. I love that there's a scoop side and a sprinkle side in the lid. Some of my chunkier glitters wouldn't shake well out of the tops on my smaller bottles so I would often have to twist off the caps in the middle of a project with not enough hands! The lids thread smoothly onto the bottles and both sides of the shaker lid open and snap shut cleanly and securely. There is a foam protector disk inside each lid that seals the contents in when you first screw the lid on the bottle. I punched these through the scoop side of the lid to easily remove them. I used a haet gun to remove the labels from the bags of glitter and stuck them on their new bottles. These are a good size and you can fit a lot in here. Very well made. Excellent quality. Fairly priced. Absolutely recommend.

I was hoping to use these to store dried herbs from my garden but I sadly didn’t pay attention to the size of the bottles. In case it’s not clear, these bottles will hold 16oz each. They’re very very large. They’re too big to fit in my spice shelf. For that reason I had to send them back.I do like that these come with labels. The bottles, however, are a bit thin are don’t seem to be very high quality.

Good plastic spice jars
Good quality spice jars. Used to organize spice racks to have a uniform size which saves space. Labels that come with the jars are easily written on with an erasable chalk. However, for a more professional look, a thermal label printer was used to make labels. Plastic is adequate thickness for storing spices as well as other items. Lids are easily installed/removed and they secure the contents well. Good value!

Great for meat rubs
To be honest, I didn’t notice the size thinking these were traditional spice jar size. They are quite large and about the width of a soda can and a couple of inches taller..So it altered plans for use and I’m happy with the way it’s working out. Because of their size they’ll store a large amount of spice rubs. We use different concoctions for different meats so now we can mix up plenty. So far they’re storing the spice as well without clumping from excessive air or moisture. Labels look cute easy to use and identify contents. Considering using others for small stocking stuffers of our rubs.Great price for the set but a little large for regular spice storage in our small kitchen.

Great For Bulk Spices, Rubs, And Grilling
I like to buy spices in bulk that I use a lot of. These empty spice jars are ideal for breaking down large bottles into manageable, easy to store, and easy to use portions. These spice jars fit nicely in my spice cabinet and help to free up space. I also like to make my own rubs and spice blends and these are extremely convenient for storing them. I also have dedicated a few of them to my “BBQ Seasoning” shelf: this way I can take them out to my grill to use there; if they get grungy or ruined by the heat of the grill, I can simply toss them and break out a new one. The jars are decent quality, lightweight, and being clear makes it simple to see how much I have left. I appreciate that they are made out of plastic, as I seem to drop them regularly and glass would make that a big problem. Also, glass gets hot when near the grill and while plastic can melt or warp it does not get hot enough to make handling difficult. Each jar also has a removable inner seal; it doesn’t ‘really’ seal but does add some protection against spillage and air. If there is a downside to this set it is the bottles are a little bigger than I would ideally like (16 oz), but this is a minor issue, and based on the size of the bulk spice jars I get at my big box store, an actual plus. At a little over $1 a jar these are a really good value and recommended.
