This was my first time using these molds to steam Puto (Filipino rice cakes), and several of them deformed under high temperature. The bottoms bent, making it impossible to place them flat. They were advertised as durable, but they turned out to be so fragile. They became unusable after only a few uses; the 24-piece set was a complete waste of money. The packaging was also poor; one of them was already bent during shipping. The seller's claims of "durable & reusable" are completely false. I strongly do not recommend this product!

I used them as a kutsinta molder last weekend, and the non-stick surface worked great; the cakes popped right out. They fit my steamer filipino perfectly, and the medium-size 3.1" is just the right scale for traditional Puto.
