Wow! Honestly, if your thinking about buying these, DO IT! They are so nice. I do a lot of cooking and I need something that is equivalent to my old cast irons. These are it. Lightweight, packaged extremely well. Smooth sleek design that gives your kitchen an instant face lift. Non stick and I can cook eggs, bacon and sticky stuff and it slides around with no issues. I can wipe them clean with just a paper towel. I would highly recommend and id definitely buy again. I will say, it recommends cooking medium to low heat. I really love this pot and pan set! The nonstick surface works beautifully, making cooking and cleaning super easy. Plus, it’s non-toxic, which gives me peace of mind. Update: The manufacturer immediately replaced the 11” frying pan. Five-star service and cookware. I am really enjoying this cookware and highly recommend.This set arrived double boxed and very well packaged. This is a white colored 24-piece, various sized Brasova convection compatible cookware set. I am giving it four stars because the 11" frying pan arrived with a scratch on the bottom. I will contact the manufacturer to find out if that will negatively impact cooking in that pan. I plan to update this review after I find that out and also once I have used at least one of the pieces.I will say that the cookware appears to be made well, it is sturdy but not too heavy and the lids and handles look like they will be easy to work with. At this point, we are very excited to use this cookware with our new convection stovetop.

Love this ceramic cookware!
This is a beautiful set of cookware, but I was hesitant about whether I was going to keep this set when received. I was concerned about the directions saying that you couldn't cook anything at high temperatures. I had never used ceramic cookware before. (I failed to notice that when I first ordered.) But, after using the cookware I was immediately sold on it because you don't need to cook on high temps - it heats quickly and thoroughly on medium temperatures. I am very pleased with this purchase. Non-stick and doesn't stain (I bought the white). The only negative was one of the lid knobs wouldn't screw all the way flush with the lid. Minor problem.
