What a great find! I guess I didn’t read the fine print to note that a recipe was included. Thank you for that. Worked out great! I will be ordering more as these make it so easy. I should’ve only used three containers instead of four. Next time I will remedy that.
Very nice molds and so happy I decided on these. So much easier to use than making your own from parchment paper.They are well made and very sturdy.
These molds are excellent for baking panettone. I have made panettone for many years and these molds are essential for a proper product. They not only work in keeping the shape of the panettone, but they also provide a sturdy enough frame to hang it upside down when it comes out of the oven (which is a key part of getting a fluffy, light bread). The molds are very easy to cut through without getting deformed and look great all through the baking and serving process. This particular size is also very good because it makes a good gift - any smaller would be too small, while larger would be less dainty and attractive. Overall these really are great and the price is better than other suppliers I've found.
These are heavy wax like paper but sturdy enough to do the job. They could possibly be reused. They come with a recipe pamphlet and there are several Youtube videos for Panettone. I placed the dough in the molds and let it rise and put them right in the oven on a sheet pan.
These molds are pretty much "Plug & play" basically! As this is my 1st time making Panetone, I'm glad I had these available! You just put your prepared dough in, let rise & bake!I did ruin a few, but I had plenty left over! So you're definitely getting your money's worth! I can see making Panetone as gifts for the holidays in these & they're sturdy enough to put into those clear gift bags.

These are beautiful, decorative, high quality paper molds that are made of a thick waxed parchment paper. They are sturdy and made to stand alone on baking trays. I love the traditional design. We use them for making Ukrainian Paska, a traditional Eastern European Easter Bread. 🐣🌷🌱 If you don’t have your own family recipe, the manufacturer has thoughtfully included a recipe booklet. I have also used a very good recipe on the ‘Natasha’s Kitchen’ website.These are the large sized molds, at approximately 6 x 4 inches. They come carefully packaged in a box so they keep their shape. You receive a pack of 12. The price point is very good. Recommended! 🌟
