Nice shape and number of tart molds to make quick desserts.
As I like to test everything before I review it. I used these tart molds to bake a cake that was part cake mix and part ricotta cheese. I had placed the tart pans on a cookie sheet while cooking in the oven. I sprayed the tart mold with cooking spray before baking and while it was still warm I turned it over, tapped it and out popped the cake. I thought it released very cleanly and left little cake residue behind. It also did not lose shape or anything. Plus the number of pans included makes it simple to get a whole batch made quickly.I cannot say that the pans are really thick and sturdy, but thick enough my cake did not burn which is what matters mostly. I do think that dropping them or tapping them too hard would dent them. In fact one of the ones I used already has a small dent in it, not sure if it came like that or if I did something.I also did not read the description of the pan about how to clean it before I ran one through the dishwasher. You definitely do not want to run them through the dishwasher as you can see from the picture. So you will have to hand wash after use.
