Very nice, substantially made and PRETTY. I needed a large board, and since a really large one with a cover for transporting it is non-existent, I wanted one with a lip so that nothing falls off in the transportation. This one fit all my needs, and like I said, it’s pretty. The side handles are a bonus because it IS large, and fully loaded, it’s heavy!
Beautiful, woodgrain, strong quality product and very large just what I needed. I would recommend for anyone.

This is absolutely beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for for my living room. It's well made and and was packaged in a way that it actually came in one piece, not broken from shipping.
This is the third serving tray we have ordered from the seller. The other two are rectangular and have held up well and were sturdy and well-made and attractive. Unfortunately, the quality control appears to be not nearly as good for the round trays, which I assume are significantly harder to make. It has not held its shape, bowing in the middle as you can see in the pictures and video. This makes it completely unusable, obviously. Unfortunately, this seemed to happen right outside of the return window, so Amazon‘s automated chat assistant was useless, and there is no way to contact the company in China.

Update: the seller was kind enough to replace the defective tray. I just hope this replacement holds up to my expectations. I really appreciate the customer service this company has provided to date.I really loved this tray when I first got it. It was very beautiful. However, I’ve only had it two months and it is warping! Very disappointing for the price I paid.
