I wanted to make a lot of pumpkin bread for my neighbors for Christmas, but I didn’t want to make a large loaf or a mini loaf. I wanted something in-between. These were perfect. The loaf pans were in such great shape after the first batch of seven, that I decided to wash them out and use them again. And again.
The pans are fine however they tend to squish a bit in transit as they are only wrapped in plastic.

These work great and cost way less than their fancy grocery store cousins. They showed up looking like they’d survived a mild bar fight, but everything inside was perfectly fine. The size is a little quirky, but I just adjusted my recipes and carried on like a responsible adult. Good value, solid performance, would buy again.
