These beautiful bread pans are amazing! They have just upped my bread making from very good to perfect. The baked bread slipped out of the pan without any problem, I bred proofed extremely easily in the pan, I was able to make a double batch of bread, making them truly worth the price.These are the first two loaves of bread I have made in these pans, and they are a white bread with everything bagel seasoning on them.

Good pans, but careful of lid edges

I love this bread pan. I've made several batches of bread, and they've all turned out great.There is one caveat that one should be aware of. The edges of the inside curl of the lid can be VERY sharp, particularly on the short side curl. Not a big deal, just something to be careful of. I did cut my thumb cleaning the lids prior to the first use. Like I said, not a big deal, all the other edges are rounded and not an issue.I've never used these types of pans before and was not sure what to expect. I did a quick spray of the pans before placing the loaves in. Careful if you do this, if you spray too much it can leak out the bottom holes and smoke a little. The finished loaves popped right out with no issue at all. The lids keep some of the moisture in and makes for a really exceptional crust. Well worth the money, great product.
