These pans are great. Made madeleins and they cooked evenly and came out with nice shell pattern. Added 1 Tblsp of batter to each shell which was perfect amount. Even though its a non stick pan I still buttered and flowered pan and they came right out. Would recommend.
Product is very good. Madeleines turned out perfectly without much problem.
The pans are as described and work great. The nonstick surface helps the cookies slide out and the pans are very sturdy.
