Very sturdy heavy duty metal.

I bought all three sizes, 1, 2 and 3 Teaspoons. The long handle gets down into some of the deep containers I have for storage. They don't NEED to be this long for me but I'd rather have extra handle than bang my knuckles on a glass or metal rim. Perfect for my needs.

Convenient long handle
