These knives are impressively sharp, just like other reviewers said. I’ve used them to slice through brisket effortlessly with no struggle at all. The set comes with two sizes, which is a great bonus. I gifted one and kept the other, and both performed beautifully. For the price, it’s a steal. Cuts through meat like butter with clean, smooth slices. Highly recommend!
Excellent sharp slicing knifes that are low priced and perform. When and if they get dull and I cannot sharpened them, I will order another set as they are a great value.
