These knives are so easy to use on lettuce. I use them a lot of the time. I'm glad I purchased it.

I like the sizes of these two knives. We consume a lot of salads in the summer. These two knives cut up several veggies easily. And I like them because they don't cause the lettuce to discolor and I even cut the end off fresh corn. It fits well in my hand and works easily. I will also admit that it is much easier to find in the knife drawer I don't usually like green but this color is growing on me.
