Keeps your bread fresh and soft for longer!
These bags are great for keeping your homemade bread soft and fresh! I was amazed at how long the bread stayed fresh versus keeping it on our counter. The seal is effective and easy to use - just zip shut, fold over the end, and then clip shut. The size is great for the homemade french bread that we make. They are also easy to wash and reuse, which is better for the environment than using plastic bags. They’re also decently thick without being too heavy. These bags are a good value for the money and I recommend them!

Works for more than just bread
Very thick and high quality bags! Functionality is very easy especially with the zipper and clips. The design is simple because it can be secured closed or left open if needed. We use it for bread, but also for tortillas. I included a picture of the store-bought tortillas we also store in there to keep them fresh for size reference. These would be really great for gifting breads to friends and family, but I'll be honest, I like the idea of just having them here as freshness keepers. It keeps the food fresh for a while, and I think we'll even start using it for our onions and potatoes.

These are excellent bags to have in the kitchen as a home baker. I was fortunate to be able to use these over the holidays, and I am very impressed with the storage capacity and the quality.• Quality: Well-made with quality stitching and a secure zipper. The freshness clasp is heavy duty and easy to clip and unclip even for arthritic hands like mine. The suction cup hanger is a nice touch. Unfortunately, I have no place near the kitchen I can actually hang it that the dogs (2 large German shepherds) couldn't access to help themselves.• Usability: Very easy to use and clean. I just wipe out the inside with a warm damp cloth and stand upside down over a 1/2-gallon jar to dry.• Performance: Worked very well to store 8 dozen dinner rolls for Christmas dinner. Because my adult children are always asking for additional rolls to take home after a meal I bake the day before and just warm up right before the meal. Spending the night in the bag kept them fresh, crusty and soft, almost like I made them day of. Worked excellent for freezing bagel dough as well.• Durability: It's only been a few weeks, but these made it through the busiest baking holiday of the year and withstood constant use. I am very impressed with this product and would recommend as an excellent value for the price.
