Being from Mississippi where we love watermelon and have a Watermelon festival every year, these really are handy. So easy to use and makes it better when cutting up my watermelons. I bought an extra one to go in my Kitchen Gadget Dirty Santa Christmas gift basket! Also to include the spoon spatula and a whisk fork.
This is a great invention. This two-in-one fork/cutter makes eating and cutting watermelon so easy and convenient. The cutting end makes blocking a melon struggles a thing of the past. It cuts with ease. No mess. I have been using and eating watermelons in so many different ways. My favorite way to eat a watermelon is halving the melon and eating it out of the rind. Fantastic! Nice size and you get two forks for a good price. I gave it 4-stars only because I have only used it twice so far and I do not know how long the sharpness of the cutter will last. I should have waited to write this review, but I wanted to share my experience as soon as possible. I already boasted about it to my family.
Wow just wow! Who wants already precut melon that’s been sitting in a plastic carton for who knows how long? Not me! I want fresh but it’s always so hard to figure out how to navigate cutting it! About time someone came up with a decent melon carver! It’s everything as described- very sharp so be careful! And you get 2! Pay it forward- give one to a friend
Works as it should but no one likes it- messy and too much trouble to use. Cheap quality!

I really wanted this to work. We go through so many watermelons in a season that I was hoping this would make it much easier to cut up. Maybe it’s me, but it made as big of a mess as just using a knife and who needs another specialized utensil in your drawer?
It’s not as sharp as should be.
