It's practical, it will get the job done, and it's sturdier than the bottle/can opener that it's replacing. I discovered when I was trying to open a can of pineapple juice that the opener I'd had for 25 years wasn't strong enough to do a good job. That's when I went looking to but a replacement. This one came highly rated and arrived the next day. Score!The magnet is very strong, which I might use on our refrigerator, but I'm trying to keep a clean profile there, so it's in the kitchen tools drawer right now. Solid multipurpose bottle and can opener
This is a great, high quality opener. The magnet is strong, which is perfect for its weight. The only thing holding back the fifth star is you have to hold it just right to grab the bottle top on the first try. Otherwise, it slips off. It doesn’t grab first try like my previous opener. Hopefully, I’ll adjust quickly.That said, it’s sturdy. And the magnet that holds the bottle top rather than it flying across the room is perfect!If you have nails, the extra component to open can tops is super handy.Would recommend.

I don't know how many nails I have chipped or broken opening pop cans. Now my husband has started to have grip problems with his hands he has trouble too So we have been looking for something to help with flip tabs. We tried this one and liked it so much we ordered another. It took a few minutes to figure out how it worked; it seems to be upside down but the open side slides over the tab then you can lift the tab up. It is so easy! It will also open bottle caps and cans that need to be punched. It is magnetic so it sticks strongly to the refrigerator door. It is easy to grip too.
