These molds are the perfect size for making granola bars or chocolate covered anything! Because they're silicone, just make sure that you put them on a plate or tray before filling so you can easily transfer them into the refrigerator or freezer without making a sloppy mess. Ask me how I know that!?! The material is just the right thickness and feels like they will last a long time, good quality. They are easy to clean as well. I don't see any down side to them. Very thin and very flimsy

I haven't yet used these, and I'm sure they'll be great for making granola bars or whatever, but the molds are very thin and flimsy that I think a mess will be had if trying to carry these when full. It's hard to determine how thin these are because there's a slight rim underneath but I'm thinking they're probably not much thicker than a credit card. You'll definitely want a tray or something underneath when working with these.
