It’s thin, and I do notice better controlled water flow. Also bonus points— keep my group head clean. Comes in 3, almost lost to trash when I was throwing out the grind by mistake so having back ups is really helpful!
Thin puck screen. Gets the job done and fits with my 58 mm portafilter.
I have been using these for a while now in my gaggia classic pro with a 58 mm bottomless portafilter and a 58mm ims bigbang basket. I love how thin this puck screen is as it makes cleaning super easy compared to some of the thicker ones. They fit excellently into my 58mm baskets with next to zero wiggle room. I mainly get puck screens due to the easy of puck knock out after brewing. Every single puck i knock out with this screen on comes out solid and it once piece every time leaving next to no grounds in the basket. Overall very happy with these!
Will do the job and keep your machine cleaner when pulling shots. They aren't as easy to rinse out after each pull compared to more expansive ones and can bend a bit easier than others as well. Ended up upgrading about 4 months later but don't regret purchasing.
