They are a good size for making average sized recipes. There is a drawstring at the top that can be used for different purposes. It can help tighten the bag around a container. The string can be tied to container whatever is being strained as well. They work best to manage small batches at a time and may become messy if not handled properly. Even so, I have used these bags so far make coconut milk, strain cranberry purée into juicy, and made watermelon juice from a melon that was too ripe for slicing. Everything has come out well and there is little waste. The bags are thin but durable and are meant to be thin. They wash well and pulp comes off easily. One bag has been stained red from cranberry juice but it was expected. I have washed these bags in cold water and air dried them without shrinkage. Overall good product, good value, and may help with food costs and reduce waste. They pay for themselves in just a couple uses.

Straining Fruit Juice

These are great for straining. I use them to make wellness shots, blending up different ingredients and then straining so remove the pulp. Just be careful to not squeeze too hard when doing so as juice will projectile squirt out of the seams.

Quality bag

This was and still is a quality nut milk bag. The size fits perfectly over my 8 cup measuring cup so not issues making a mess everywhere. I would have been happy with one sack, but they sent 3 in the package. Was that on the description? Either way, I got value for my money. I would buy this again and again, but I think this bag may last forever. I am going to give one away to a friend when I find one.

Came apart

After a few uses seems started to tear and more of the pulp was coming out into the container. Works good but quality not so well made.
