Better than expected!

Much better than expected! These replaced a 10 year old $200 set of nice Cuisinart knives. I really wanted to replace those with a set that would be as good as that one was when it was new, and at this price point I truly didn't expect these to live up to that standard, but they actually are excellent! I tried a couple Misen knives for hubby in the past which are much more expensive than these and not near as good. Unless you are coming from something like a Zwilling set, I don't think you'll be disappointed. They WILL spot in the dishwasher, so don't be like my hubby and do it anyway, even though the manufacturer instructions specifically say not to 😠

I have so many selections of knives, but they dull in about a year or so, then I'm back to sharpening. These knives are extra sharp! Be careful. They are easy to hold not too heavy for small hands like mine. The design is sharp too, sleek silver. I use the small paring knife for veggies, cuts right through a tomato. Would recommend.
