Safe and Easy to Use!
I was looking for an alternative to plastics or microplastics in cutting boards and decided to try these. I have been using them for over 3 months and am extremely happy with them. (1) They are not heavy. I hated lugging out a giant block of wood to cut a small onion. These are super easy to pull out, use and clean. (2) I love that it comes in three sizes, so if you want to chop something small you can do it quickly and clean it off quickly. (3) I love that it has no plastics. (4) I love that it doesn't retain any odors unlike wood and doesn't need to be oiled or anything. Two things to be prepared for: (a) The boards are flat and thin without any thickness or edges, so if you are cutting something juicy like a tomato, be prepared that the juice can/will leak outside the board. Unlike wooden boards, these have no ridges around the edges to collect juices. I got used to that. (b) The steel scratches very easily, so it is scratched up after a day. This doesn't bother me, but just warning others. That said, I love these and cannot believe I tolerated those giant, annoying blocks of wood for so long.

Preparation made easy
Love these cutting boards. Wash and dry well. Easy to store in cupboard. The three sizes are just right for food cutting, chopping preparation. Very durable. Not heavy yet sturdy and worth every penny spent.

Excellent product
I had cancer and have switched out most of my cutting boards and cookware. I had a plastic and wood cutting board, but these are so clean, they leave no debris in the food. I love the different sizes too. If I want to cut something small or have a little more, the sizes are great. They are not scratch-resistant at all. I thought how thin they were, they would not be very durable, but they are. The quality is great!

No more odor! Stainless steel cutting boards are the way to go!
Finally I don’t have to bleach my cutting boards anymore!! I love this stainless steel set. They’re thin so they don’t take a lot of room to store but they’re very sturdy. I’m throwing all my wood and plastic ones away. I will use only these from now on! I’ve washed mine in the dishwasher and they come out looking brand new.
