No, these baking pans are not the highest quality out there, but that should be pretty evident by looking at the price tag. That said, the quality of these pans is pretty decent. They are not super thick and heavy, but they are not flimsy either. They feel pretty solid and have smooth, nicely rolled, solid edges.I like the tall 2" edge on the pans. It makes them more versatile than a standard baking/cookie sheet, in my opinion. Not only could you bake cookies or roast vegetables in these pans, but you could also use them to bake a cake. The higher sides could also help contain food splatters while baking in the oven.The three different sized pans make it convenient for whatever size crowd you are cooking for. The two smaller ones fit perfectly in my countertop oven. The small one works great in my air fryer. And the largest one is ideal for a full size oven. The higher sides make them a cookie sheet and baking in one unit, eliminating the need for extra baking pieces in an already cramped cabinet. Plus, they all stack neatly inside one another for even more space saving storage.Stainless steel is a more durable and safer cooking option than nonstick pans that may need to be replaced often and have the potential to leach toxins into your food. For the price, you are getting a decent quality set of stainless-steel baking pans. I think these pans are well worth it for the peace of mind of safer cooking.
